We can take all the relevant information from you and complete the draft registration form. Once this has been checked by the family this will be sent to the registrar. We will make an appointment for you to meet at the local registrar’s office for you to sign the register and get any certified copies of the registration (these can be used to deal with any of the deceased affairs). If you prefer to register the death yourself that is no problem, all you need is the Medical Cause of Death Certificate and to contact one of the below registrars to make an appointment.
